How is MailTui Email Server different from free email like personal Gmail?+
Free email uses the provider's domain (for example @gmail.com) and each account belongs to an individual. MailTui uses your business domain (for example @company.com), mailboxes belong to the business and the domain has its own SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.
I already have a domain and website elsewhere. Can I use MailTui?+
Yes. You keep your current domain and website and only add the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records with the values VPSTTT sends. VPSTTT engineers help you set up DNS where your domain is managed.
What do Domain, Account and SSD capacity in the package mean?+
Domain is the number of domain names available in the package (1, 3 or 5). Account is the email mailbox number (5, 15 or 50). SSD capacity is the total capacity of the entire package, shared among mailboxes.
What if I run out of accounts or storage?+
Buy add-ons without changing plans: $0.20/month per account, $0.60/month per domain, $0.80/month per 10GB SSD. If you need a lot more, VPSTTT will advise a larger plan to save money.
Can I use MailTui on Outlook and phones?+
Yes. MailTui supports IMAP and SMTP, so it works with Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail on iPhone, Android and the Gmail app. You can also read and send mail on webmail.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC? Do I have to set them up?+
They are three DNS records that authenticate mail: SPF declares which servers may send, DKIM signs every message, DMARC tells receiving servers how to handle spoofed mail. Big mailbox providers such as Gmail and Outlook are increasingly strict with unauthenticated mail, so you should set up all three. VPSTTT sends the values and helps you add them during setup.
How do I get the free V-Drive or S3 Storage?+
When you pay for MailTui for 12 months or more, choose one of two gifts: Starter gets V-Drive Family Growth 2TB / 5 users or S3 Storage 2TB; Business and Business Plus get V-Drive Company Start 2TB / 15 users or S3 Storage 2TB; Enterprise gets V-Drive Company Growth 5TB / 15 users or S3 Storage 5TB.
Do MailTui prices include VAT? How much do longer billing periods save?+
List prices include VAT. Choose 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months; the discounts are 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% respectively. For example, MailTui Starter for 12 months is $19.99 instead of $23.52.
Can I send email marketing or large newsletters with MailTui?+
MailTui is built for everyday business correspondence. If you need to send newsletters or large campaigns, talk to VPSTTT first for advice on sending limits and a suitable solution, so your domain reputation is protected.
How to register MailTui?+
Click "Register consultation" on the package you choose to send a Zalo message to VPSTTT. Submit the domain name and account number needed, the consultant reports the total amount by period, initiates the service and supports DNS pointing until the first mail is sent.
